Wilmington Healthcare are delighted to announce that the successful Transformation and Sustainability Network series is expanding in 2018 to include a Dermatology workstream.
The networks aim to support the transformation and sustainability of high quality, outcomes focused and value for money Dermatology services that support your local STP delivery and develop services aligned to developing Accountable Care system models.
The conference will be held on Tuesday 22nd May 2018, with a focus on:
- Accountable Care Developments in Dermatology
- Examples of Innovative Practice from across the North West
The meeting will bring together like minded people from primary, community, secondary care, and associated local authority, health, care and third sector organisations involved in the commissioning and delivery of services to care for and support patients with dermatology related conditions. This provides a platform for active discussion and exchange of ideas to address the opportunities to deliver services in a more integrated way.
Invitees will include: Chief Executives, Consultant Dermatologists, Nurse Practitioners, Commissioners, Pharmacists, Clinical Leads, GPswSI in Dermatology.
Registration begins at 12.30, with the meeting start time at 13.15 closing at 16.30.
